Isoward is operated by BreachFix. These terms govern your use of Isoward at isoward.com. For BreachFix's broader product policies, see breachfix.com/terms.

Please read these terms carefully. By using Isoward, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Introduction

Welcome to BreachFix ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access and use of our website, applications, hosting platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required by local law, whichever is higher. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

General Use of Services

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Do not upload harmful or unlawful content, disrupt security or availability, or infringe intellectual property rights of BreachFix or third parties.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for charges under your account and for keeping payment information current.

Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant BreachFix a limited license to host, stream, and display content as needed to provide the Services. BreachFix-owned libraries and media remain our property or our licensors'.

Community and Conduct

BreachFix fosters a respectful, faith-based community. Harassment, hateful content, or illegal activity may result in removal or account suspension and reporting to authorities where required.

Data and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. See Isoward Privacy Policy and breachfix.com/privacy.

Service Availability

We strive for continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or discontinuation of features may occur with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreachFix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability for claims related to the Services is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the Services at any time. Surviving provisions include content, liability, and governing law sections.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Isoward: Platform Services

Isoward ("Cloud") is the self-hosted deployment and hosting platform operated by BreachFix at isoward.com. These provisions supplement the BreachFix Terms of Service when you use Cloud.

Accounts. Cloud accounts may be linked to your BreachFix.com identity and billing profile. You are responsible for API tokens, GitHub App installations, and environment secrets you configure.

Customer workloads. You may deploy application code and related services ("Services") through Cloud. You retain ownership of your code and data; you grant BreachFix a limited license to build, run, store logs, and route traffic as needed to operate Cloud. You must not deploy malware, mining software, or content that violates BreachFix community standards or applicable law.

Isolation. We use container isolation and network segmentation between Services. You must not attempt to access other tenants' data, escape isolation, or probe the control plane without authorization.

GitHub and third parties. Connecting a repository authorizes Cloud to clone, build, and deploy on your behalf subject to GitHub's terms. Third-party subprocessors (e.g., Stripe for billing via api.breachfix.com) are described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability. Cloud is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, quota limits, and suspension for abuse or non-payment may affect deployments without prior notice where permitted by law.
