Instance plans
Each service runs in a Docker container with cgroup CPU and memory limits set by its instance plan. Choose a plan when creating a service or change it under Settings → Instance.
Available plans

Changing plans
Updating the instance plan triggers a redeploy with new resource limits. See Resource limits for how limits are enforced.
