Stripe billing

Billing proxies to the BreachFix payment API when BREACHFIX_API_BASE_URL and BREACHFIX_INTERNAL_API_KEY are set. Returns 501 when billing is not configured. Checkout uses client BREACHFIX_DEPLOY_CLIENT (default appDeploy).

GET /v1/billing/plans only returns Stripe products tagged for Isoward ( metadata platform=appDeploy, isoward, or deploy). Other BreachFix verticals (media, connect, etc.) are filtered out.

All card processing stays on Stripe. Isoward never stores card numbers.
